I am not happy the way all this was handled, the guy that was helping first time said my vehicle arrears or debt also covered with other creditors but now I am struggling to get 17.1 form that my vehicle finance is looking for.also it's not easy to get in touch with the agent and the whatsapp platform are not helping from my experience.Please Mydebthero must improve. Thank you.
