Horrible and poor company

Extremely poor service! The agent contacted me over the phone and didn’t explain me services properly, I agreed over the phone. Then next agent Pearl Jacobs contacted me and explained me better I said I am not interested and I am not in debt and they must cancel however she said she can’t cancel and shut the phone down on me. After this I emailed several times to them and called but they are ignoring me! My bank because of this company froze my credit card and canceled debit order for my bond! What a mess! Immediately stop this process! I am not in debts! You are confusing people over the phone by contacting them with uneducated and rude agents! Most poor company I came across in SA!
