Good and Bad
My experience with debit hero had its ups and downs. After paying for a year, I had to find out that my court order has not gone through yet and I am R27000.00 more in debit now than I was before. I do not understand why I have to struggle to get answers. The ticket system is also very bad it seems the are only interested in closing them than solving them. The ticket system in not good we need to talk to someone. On the bright side! Carmen and Jaydene thank you for helping so far and I am sure I will get the answers that I need. You both have been helpful so far.
