Generally a good company for debt review who does get the job done. I feel the initial assessment with the client needs more clarification either by phone or one to one if living locally. I had many questions which weren’t fully answered. Once the process gets going, however, everything kicks into place and more understanding comes. I felt a bit overwhelmed initially. When following up, the folk I spoke to were all friendly and knowledgeable and were able to assist me. After a year on the debt review programme, I am more knowledgeable although there are areas I would still like to know more about. I feel this is a good company but more direct contact with their clients throughout the process would make them even better.
