Frustrated customer of My Debt Hero
I have been struggling for months now since November 2024 just to get assistance from Debt Hero regarding my debit order that is wrong. I have submitted numerous support tickets to Debt Hero but no one has ever come back to me to assist me with my query, they just mark the ticket resolved without ever reaching out to me. My query is causing a great financial loss to me and how ironic is this that a company like Debt Hero is suppose to assist you with financial aid but non the less they are making it much more difficult. If someone can just help me with my query thats outstanding for 6 months now
