Frustrated Customer
I have tried my all to get out of debt, they reduced my instalment on one of my creditors now I am in arrears and contract has been terminated with one of my creditors, and when I ask Alicia Jantjies why was my instalment reduced she ignores all my call and emails. Can someone please advise how does one deal with such as I am frustrated.
