From 5 star to a 1 star.

When I first got in contact with the company and the agent was helping me out, I would have happily given them a 5 star review. Now the fact that I am calling them and trying to get an issue resolved and the words from one of the Customer Service Agents is a "you called today already and you are calling back" after they failed to get back to me as promised had me puzzled. For me to even get to the point of contacting them it was because 14 days had passed since they requested certain documents that an agent had acknowledged receipt but now they do not have my query or documents on the system. I don't complain much but this time I felt played.
