Failure to deliver.

Serious dissatisfaction regarding the service I have received from your company since November 2023. I approached your company during a very difficult financial period after being assured that all my debts would be reduced and properly managed, as I was left with nothing after monthly deductions. Unfortunately, only two of my debts were reduced, and the rest were not handled as promised. Despite numerous follow-ups and discussions with different consultants within your company, no meaningful resolution has been provided. The situation reached a breaking point this morning during my conversation with Hlumela Gabile. I felt that I was not being heard, and words were repeatedly put into my mouth. When inconsistencies were pointed out, I was told she could not comment further. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Additionally, attempts were made to deduct funds from my account despite being aware that other deductions are made directly from my payslip, leaving insufficient funds available. This reflects a failure in properly assessing and managing my financial situation from the beginning.

What concerns me most is that when I request to be moved to someone who can genuinely assist me, I am presented with a R6,000 invoice, despite the fact that the service promised has not been fully delivered. I do not believe it is fair or justified to charge such an amount when the agreed objectives were not achieved.
