Eye opening experience
My debt hero opened my eyes when it comes managing my finances. To anyone who wants to go into debt review, I'd advise to take active participation in this counselling. Follow up on emails you send, don't just take the consultant's word. Know why you are in debt counseling and make it work for you. Generally I had a positive experience with them, inspite of my temper and blame shifting, they remained supportive.
