What an unprofessional person - they seemed unable to answer basic questions, contradicted themselves on the call and then when I started questioning him, he started calling me names. I asked to speak to the persons manager and then it just escalated from there. He ended up whatsapp me after the call calling me more names. I phoned to get help not to be abused. He also did a credit search on my wife without her permission. the consultant was ********* and rude.
