Please don't sign up with them. They don't give you all the information over the phone and they inflate your expenses and interest amounts on a form 16, which starts the debt review process. They don't care about you, they only care about the fat commission they will make from your payments. If you want to cancel this process you must get in touch with the National Credit Regulator who can help you, but you must do it before mydebthero (more like nightmare) sends your bank a form 17.2, which they do in a few days after the phone call. Once they've done this you will have to go to court to stop it.
