DONT EVER SIGN UP TO MY DEBT HERO!!!!! WORST MISTAKE I EVER DID!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE!!!

When i considered applying for debt counselling which was a huge decision i signed up to My Debt Hero, at first to get you signed up they are very helpful but as soon as you signed up you just a number.

When i signed up and provided them with my income and expenses they went and made changes to it and said i have medical aid and other crazy expenses which then my bank wanted proof of all these expenses for my Home Loan which i couldn't provide because they messed it up.

They were not responding to any of my mails of any mails from my HomeLoan and now i'm in such huge arrears and my HomeLoan account it being handed over, i have only been with My Debt Hero for less then 6 months and already they have messed up so much!!!!!!

Good day, Ricardo. We provide SA Home Loan with the income and expenses you provided our offices with when signing up for debt review. During the negotiation with SA Home Loan, we requested additional funds to ensure your proposal would be accepted by them, which you refused. Credit providers are then entitled to terminate the debt review when no agreement can be reached. Unfortunately, you cancelled the process while we were still in the process of dealing with the matter. We will be in contact with you to try and resolve your issues.
