dissatisfied client

i've made an application on the 9/03/2022, then on the 19/03/2022 send an mail request for cancellation, called on the 22 just to follow up on my request i was told that the mail is received we'll get back to you, i was called the following day " you application is cancelled" few days later received an mail confirming my my installment as from 31/03/2022. ive been calling and sending mail but i'm not winning to my siprise today my account was debited after ive cancelled
