Dissapointed in your customer service . I have no obligation to Debt Hero but money still get deducted and I struggle to get a clearance certificate

I have already finshed my debt obligation with Debt Hero in November/December 2023 and they still debit my bank account every month and then iI need to struggle to get my money back . I have send several emails regarding this matter but not resolved I have requested several times for a clearance certificate but did not receive it yet and I am very dissapointed in their customer service
