Disgusting service

Refusing to send the withdrawal letter through to the reverent people, their cs agents keep closing my tickets without helping me. I only have a home loan under my name which is up to date. No one is assisting me. I need to be able to go on with my life. I HAVE NO DEBTS REMOVE ME UNDER DEBT REVIEW!!!
