Disgusting service
Do not you have been warned
This company is good at first, however the moment you request for documentation then they are nowhere to be seen. I have settled my accounts without their help. I have sent documents of paid up letters. It has now close to a month and they are still not replying to the emails I have sent.
Every time I send an email they create a new ticket and shortly close it and tell me that there is already an active ticket and that I will get feedback on that ticket in 4 hours.
It has been now two weeks without hearing anything and maybe 4 hours actually means 4months for them.
Very disappointing and unprofessional service from them
