Disgusted with My Debt Hero!
Absolutely terrible service. Evaluated my debt & gave me a R2500 deduction on my accounts which I accepted. They phoned me 2 days later to say "sorry we've re-evaluated & can't do the original R2500 deduction, it's going to be R5000 more!" R5000 MORE than I was initially paying which is why I decided to give them a try. I was furious. Told them to cancel everything to which they said "ok but your Credit Score will still state Under Debt Review"! How dare they? Who gives anyone the right to do that when I cancelled it before it even began? So now my Clear Score record states "0"!!!!! What a bunch of con artists!

04 Feb 2022, 11:28Good day Ginny M. - When we start the debt review process we explain to consumers that the amount they are going to pay towards their credit providers may change depending on the negotiations with the credit providers. In your matter, we reduced the interest rate by more than half of the original rate, but the outstanding balance required additional funds to make the repayment plan work. The arrangement we have in place for you will definitely be to your benefit and we implore you to proceed with the process as it would be to your advantage.
