Disgusted

My life is in crisis, the counselors are so desperate for clients that they misinform you then when you want to cancel they threaten you that you can't be canceled before settling your debts, I canceled within 2 days they are still hanging on to my accounts. I want to pay my debit orders but I can't, app**** on the 25.04 and canceled 28.04, till now they haven't released my accounts. When you call they don't respond,I'm not struggling to pay debts hence they ballooned the amounts on their form and want you to sign it first before you can review it. I don't want to deal with this company.
