Devastated by this experience

My first review was deleted so here goes again. My debt hero got me to sign something while on a call to them. Before I signed I asked if signing had any cost or any implication on my credit score and I was told no. (Before deleting this, bring up the call records) This was all incorrect as I now pay almost 25% of my monthly payment to Mydebthero and I’ve been put on the debt review list. I have not completed my application but signed that they could debit me so I am now stuck in this contract that I don’t need. I’m able to make payments at my R4k goes off to them every month but without them I could have cleared my debt 25% faster and no one will help me to get out of this without charging me a fee or clearing the whole amount owed. I’m devastated by this experience.
