Debtrestruct & mydebthero

I have been sending emails after emails to mydebthero as they have taken over DebtRestruct and to date there has not been response. Does the company still exist? This company gives a new name to horrible service, they dont respond to emails and when you call they take their time and never take calls from clients as you will phone until you get tired of it. I am not dure if both these companies still exist.
