I am still waiting for customer service to come back to me is now more than an hour the consultant who called me promisee within 10-20min please call still waiting at bank from this morning

I am currently not happy with the response as if I will lie about my child fees but I did forward the statement as per requested by Jade hope I get now really positive feedback

I am really not happy with how they deal with my matter from yesterday Jade Nell calls me request statement forward it from another email it went through up to now waiting on them because I sit with a big problem that affects my whole mental state did not even go to work yesterday

Ii hope they can help me today to solve this matter
