They are so friendly when they recruit but you paid up early it's like they are not happy, to get your name cleared and to send documents to credit bereau so that they can update your credit score it's a mission impossible, you'll keep on calling, get a promise that the person you are looking for will call back, it won't happen. I received my clearance certificate in November 2023,no credit score, credit bereau and NCR are wait for them to send the screenshot from DHS even today I'm still waiting. People of Mzansi stay away from Debt review rather talk to your creditors to reduce your interest.
