Debt review cancellation

I app**** for a debt review with them last week Monday ,the following day I requested to cancel it since my husband did not approve and they said I must say I dont where he is when I am being ask .after that told them I don’t want the review it was less than 24 hours of my application ,they have been sending me from pillar to post and not answering my emails and when I call them they drop the call , so now I am stuck with something that I told them I don’t want they said I can’t of which it has not even started as yet ,kindly assist before its end of September ,my contact number is *** I spoke to Devan he dropped the call on me when I said I want to cancel cause it has not started as yet
