Debt not reducing
The service is bad, the money that is supposed to reduce your debt is directed to some insurance and it takes longer to pay off the actual debt. Alicia got very irritated when I kept asking questions about why more money goes to insurance than the creditors. I want to cancel the entire arrangement

We therefore have no authority to cancel the amount but can refer you to another service provider to and assist you.
