Debt No Hero

I am reposting my review after mine was removed. My Debt hero never asked me for any documentation in regards to my bond. I spoke to the bond people yesterday and they are refusing to accept the debt reveiw because it is a joint bond. Why was this not established long ago? otherwise I would not have proceeded with any of this. I now have to in any event pay the full bond repayment not making much difference to my financial situation I was already in. Total waste of time and money paying over R24k for two months instalments with most of it going to fees!
