Debt Heroes

I have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Debt Heroes, my initial discussion I was advised that as my sum was below a certain amount it would only be for one year. Once I received the advise it changed to 63 months. AFter numerous emails and communication I finally requested someone phone to explain if I cancelled and then just got a cancelled notice. I want to know what has happened to the four payments of R2600 that were deducted from my account for 4 months.
