Debt Hero leaves me with a R3.90 in account the day after payday!

My Debt "Hero" is supposed to help me with my existing financial trouble but leaves me with a R3.90 in my account the day after payday.

Firstly the first person I spoke to Duanne Grobelaar completely lies to get sales and then leaves the other customer service agents to clean up his mess. My first sentence before he even explained anything to me... was that I need to be able to live within this one salary, this is my expense, could they help. He assured me they could do this. I then asked him how he gets paid and what other hidden costs there may be, he said noooo nooo noooo there is no costs and he gets paid by another company. After I signed up, i got so many emails from policies that I have "accepted" and "agreed" to. when i sent him whats apps and emails I never got a reply, Up until today. I spoke to several other client service agents and back and forth explaining that what THEY were now explaining was not at all what I discussed with Duanne.

Despite my reluctance, I decided to give them a try still because of my desperate financial situation.

Yesterday, payday, they deducted 2 amounts leaving me with R3.90 in my account! I went to the bank and was unable to reverse or stop it because of the type of debit they had put on my account.

I have now reported Debt Hero to the financial Ombudsman as well as the NCR.

I am disgusted that my desperation has been used to make money off from me. How a I supposed to provide for my 1 year old or get to and from work to earn an income with a R3.90 in my account!!!!
