Debit Order reversal

I app**** for Debt Consolidation and this company debited my account on the 25th of July. The consumers that were listed for payment weren't paid even after they debited my account. I called and asked and they promised to refund me within the next 5days which had to be no later than the 7th of August. I text, email and make follow ups but they only responded to my mails when I informed them that I'd expose them on this platform. If I don't mail them they won't make means to get ahold of me and until TODAY they haven't refunded me the money they said they would refund me!

This is worst service provider I've ever come across and what's worse they just seem like a ****, why make promises you can't keep?

I'm canceling my services with them!
