Crisis! No phone calls returned or emails and wattsapps

I emailed them months ago when the Vehicle Finance threatened to repossess my car. I have paid for 2 years and they never paid the Vehicle Finance what they were suppose to pay. When they the vehicle finance told me it is time to reposses I called them and they promised to call me back but never did. When I finally got hold of them they said I should have increased my debt review premium I told them who sent me that correspondence I have no proof of that and now they just telling me they can do nothing but I pay each month. People do not go into debt review. Pay your biggest assets which is your house and car and rather pay small amounts on accounts. Rather be registered as a slow payer than to have debt review and still lose your assets it is not right. Who Is there to help me?
