Please cancel my debt review immediately. I was called by this company where they claim that their service will be paid by MCR but afterwards they send me a letter that their payment is part of my bond payments. They said they help the consumers to get quicker out off debt by reducing their duration time of payments by give them 20% reduction on the interest fee and to fix the payment for 5 years. When she sends me the documents per email, I saw that my monthly bond payment and their payment is exactly the same and there is no sign of 20% reduction on my interest rate at SA HomeLoans. I phoned several people to cancel this transaction but with no luck. They aren't very helpful. I also sent several emails, but they don't bother to reply all call me back. Furthermore, they add a funeral plan to my account that I surely not need. I have 3 funeral plans at the moment. My honorable public members please be carefully to trust the people who phone you. Do your homework first before you go ahead to approve any transaction. They just make promises that they can't do or can't keep. So, my Debt hero company please clean my name and cancel this debt review with immediate effect. I don't need it. I am not saving any money with you.
