For the last 4 years I have been with this company while I am under debtreview. When I joined this company to assist me I was still feeling the after effects of Covid. They tell you that the procces does not affect your credit record and they assure you that they will arrange everything with the creditors. I have recently decided to check my credit report just to see what the report is on the last 4 years. To my surprise I saw that 2 out of the 3 creditors have been listing payments as missed every single month for the last 4 years. I have tried making contact with this company multiple times to try and get answers as to why this shows as missed payments, and all I get is a generic copy and paste answere. They are happy to take your money but there is absolutely no customer service. After a week there is still no reply.
