CARMEN CONSUL from My Debt Hero is a Star !

I am currently under Debt Restruct Paarl and have again been harassed by African Bank by numerous telephone calls every 20 to 30 minutes and then a threatening sms to pay up immediately or my account may be terminated from debt review. I contacted My Debt Hero at 11H17 for assistance and was contacted by Carmen Consul from My Debt Hero at 14H11 to notify me that my request is being seen to by a support agent and can expect feedback within 2 hours.

At 14H24 I received another e-mail from Carmen to confirm that they had informed African Bank from contacting me and that I had been cc'd in the email to them. At 14H25 I received the cc'd e-mail to African Bank advising them that they are to stop contacting the consumer (me) but to contact Hero Support directly with any queries. Should African Bank continue contacting the consumer then they will lay a complaint against them with the NCR. Carmen also told African Bank that they had "informed their attorneys to defend any legal action against our client (me). " By 15H00 the constant barrage of phone calls from African Bank had stopped and I thanked Carmed profusely for her assistance and intervention.

Carmen Consul is a true asset to her company and her prompt and professional manner in which she dealt with my request for assistance deserves recognition from My Debt Hero.
