Cancel this ******* from my records

I was contacted by Duanne who informed me that he can help me reduce my interest rate for my bond and that this is not a debt review and the procesd will not affect my credit in any way but to now realise he sold me the wrong information. Now i want this whole ******* removed from my records and no one from their company is responding to any of my emails to cancel
