Biggest mistake

I joined my debt hero yesterday, 19 February 2025 hoping it was the solution to my problems, but after reading some of the reviews I am thinking I made the biggest mistake of my life. They have already cancelled my debit orders with my creditors, effective immediately, when it was arranged that they will take the first debit order 25 March 2025. I am now finding myself in the toughest position yet. I need to pay my creditors manually for the month of February 2025. I need to cancel this application ASAP! What a terrible mistake!! It was easy to sign up, but now that I need to cancel my application that by the way is not even fully complete. I am not getting the same level of assistance and enthusiasm. This business needs to be reported to an Ombudsman.
