Beyond POOR client service.

This company were VERY helpfull to get me under debt review. Afterwards they are nowhere to be found. My bond got so out of hand that I needed to make alternative arrangements with Nedbank. All my accounts except for 1 at MFC are in arrears. My one vehicle account was settled and yet the distribution company paid another installment into a closed account. I personally phone MFC only to find out the installment has been refunded on the 12th June but no one contacts me or update me on the way forward. I will never recommend this company of process to ANYONE.
