Better Help Needed
Hi, I spoke with Shalin Williams, he was very helpful and friendly and explained everything 100%.
I just need help, My debt hero has already loaded a debit order for me and its is set for the 25th of this month, however, no one has contacted me yet for any supporting documents. I have tried to contact them and ask to move the debt order to the end of November. Shalin and the support team assured me some would be in contact yesterday. I have still not received any help regarding this.
I have tried replying to the emails from the support team, but that logs another ticket.
