BE WARNED!!!!!!!

This company doesn’t even deserve a single star. I WARN YOU DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP. I got a call from one of their consultants explaining how they’re able to lower my debts interest rates. He then asked to review all my debts to see if i qualify. He did mention I’m very disciplined because I don’t abuse my credit card, asked about my lifestyle expenses I answered him. He was such a smooth talker, he asked if he can do a debt review on me, sent me something to sign on my phone and not even once did he mention the implications that comes with this. I woke up the next day not being able to access my credit card, i called my bank and they say it shows on the system that i app**** for debt review. I immediately called the company to cancel this process even asked them why didn’t they mention that this would happen, why was some information hidden from me. I do have debts that i can manage and don’t need their help because i thought their job was to help me lower my interest rates, i have never fallen back on even a single debit orders from the companies I’m indebted to so can they kindly remove my name from the list. The lady i spoke to said i can’t cancel until i pay my all my debts and this will take me 5 years. So my question was why didn’t i know this before i could sign that thing of theirs, now my name is on the red zone. I asked for a 17.2 rejection form, they denied me one. I’m so annoyed they are not even good with communication!!
