Bad service, no advise, support or proper professional communication

I have been u der debt revoew with them since the end of 2023 and only have 1 vehicle finance account left. I gave birth and was on short paid maternity leave where my payment break request was denied...they told me to pay the creditor directly. Very poor communication and no actual financial support, advise or assistance. I am still paying the same 13% interest rate as per normal and they keep just extending the terms of may payment to try and reduce the monthly instalments. Its just a joke. I have submitted multiple tickets for someone to contact me and no follow ups in 2 weeks. Do not recomment them at all.
