Bad service and lack on communication

Please can speak to the manager to call me back. I have asked for a cancellation letter and application to be canceled. No one has contacted me to inform me that the application is being canceled instead I am receiving messages that the process is continuing and being processed. I have dealt with reps Charne and Ghislaine.
