Bad service and ****

I apply for dedt review but I want to cancel the application and every time some person phone said I can't cancel the application my reason is my dedt repayment is the same as what I pay now but it is over 5 year. I total dedts is R132000. 00 at R4700. 00 per month but by my dedt hero it's R4641. 00 after 5 year I pay nearly R400000. 00 back that dont work for me Mr van der Walt not replay back to me and Mrs pearl Jacobs only said I can't stop the application. So please help me to get the application get stopped at all
