bad first experience
I recently joined my debt hero hoping it was the solution to my problems, but after reading some of the reviews I am thinking I made the biggest mistake of my life. I have been double debited with no clear answer or solution as to when I am getting a refund and my debt has not been paid, my consultant only responded to ignore the emails I mean how do I ignore emails saying they have not paid. how do I get out please help.

26 Apr 2024, 14:47Good day Khumo. We have requested a refund from your credit providers who was not supposed to debit your account. The credit provider has a 14 day waiting period for the refund but we are pressuring them to refund faster. A complaint will also be lodged against them with the NCR. We will contact you shortly to provide an update.

26 Apr 2024, 17:48Hi, Cersha did contact me and explained to me what will happen. she did not mention a 14 day period but 48 working hours so she has advised that all should be sorted by next week. Thank you Cersha hope all goes well.
