Bad Experience with My Debt Hero

Terrible Experience with My Debt Hero – Unauthorized Deductions! I am extremely disappointed with My Debt Hero. All my debts have already been paid, yet for the second month in a row they have deducted R17,700 from my bank account without authorization. I have emailed three different people as well as their support email address, and despite this, the debit orders continue.

This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It’s alarming that a company that is supposed to help people manage their finances is now taking money with no explanation. I have lost all trust in their service and will be escalating this matter further if it isn’t resolved immediately.
