Bad Customer Service
Have not come across a company that supplies such bad customer service.Numerous mails sent to She Earl who just DOES NOT bother to reply back or call. Pearl has assisted in some instances, but overall service is apalling to say the least!! I have sent mail upon mail with no feedback received back.

04 Jul 2023, 10:35Good day Antonita. We apologise for not getting back to you sooner. As explained, we did receive acceptance letters from Finchoice on our new repayment plan. Finchoice is looking into why calls were made directly to you when acceptance is in place and payments are being made in line with the same. Regards
