Bad communication from My debt hero
Bad communication. Ignored me. Lack of support. Sounds like a **** to supposed help you , but takes from your money although they claim its 'free'. Not doing due diligence. In a business where they are dealing with people who have enough financial stress, yet their lack of communication adds to the stress.
