I gave him my details of the accounts and the amounts I owed. He gave me the new amount for the debt repayment and a debit order was arranged same time. To date, I've never had any problems with My Debt Hero. They are taking care of my creditors and I get a monthly statement from them stipulation how they've disbursed my funds.
