ASAP

I have requested on multiple times for a manager to contact me regarding my accounts. It has come to my attention that my credit card is not being paid correctly, your distribution company is paying the incorrect credit card account. This was brought to my attention when my bank advised me that my account will be handed over to legal. Calling my bank, they do not even have a notice that my credit card is under dept review. I HAVE BEEN WITH YOUR COMPANY SINCE MAY 2023. I have asked since April this year for assistance, and all feedback that I get is that you are working on it, whereby I was advised that it will only take 15 working days to rectify it, but that was said in June 2024 I am doing this complaint as I do not feel that your company is assisting me. I asked for your help to aid in my financial difficulties, but all I have gotten is more stress!!!! I NEED A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME
