Their customer service is really bad. I am receiving emails from my creditors stating that they are declining the debt councillor's rework proposal and that they want me to contact the debt review company because their emails came back unanswered. Now I am contacting My Debt Hero to get back to me in this regard but they choose to ignore my request as well. This is why I am writing this review.. My Debt Hero's customer service is really very bad.. They don't give a rats ass about their customer's concerns. I am forced to apply for my debt review to be transferred to another organization that prioritize in my needs
