Appauling service and lies

I am reaching out regarding my experience with My Debt Hero, and I feel compelled to share my story with the world.

My Debt Hero has treated me unfairly by:

Sending proposals to my creditors offering repayment terms spanning nearly 30 years, which is not a viable solution. Adding mobile data and additional insurance, to an already hectic debt situation. I did not request or require in relation to my debt situation. They sent me an sms cancelling my Debt Review with them and refusing to transfer the matter to a new Debt Counsellor after I questioned the information they had sent to me.

The forms that required signing were only signed by me without the information of the high added amounts and i was told to just initial for my husband and that he didnt need to sign. When I requested recordings they advised they are not mandated to record messages and cant send me anything. Moreover, they are now demanding fees for their services. However, the amount they initially stated I would need for Debt Review was woefully insufficient and does not address the root of my financial problems. Therefore, I refused to pay for work that does not provide a meaningful solution to my situation.

I believe it's crucial to share my experience to prevent others from falling into similar situations with My Debt Hero. I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and consider alternative options.
