A definite "NO" for My Debt Hero

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience with My Debt Hero. Unfortunately, their services have had a detrimental impact on my financial situation. Upon signing up for debt review with them in May, I was swiftly prompted to electronically sign the contract without a thorough explanation.

To my dismay, not only have they failed to deliver on their promises but also provided little to no communication regarding the delays in distributing payments to creditors. Despite being refunded for June without explanation, the process has stagnated since then, causing significant distress as creditors continue to contact me due to non-payment.

Regrettably, the substantial fee of over R18000 paid to My Debt Hero has not yielded any tangible results or relief. Therefore, based on my unsatisfactory experience, I strongly advise against considering My Debt Hero for debt review services.
