my name is thandie and have had the worst experience with my debt hero even today my matter has not been resolve to cut the story short was under my debt unaware as the consulted that called at the time me said we are just checking if I would qualify and ended up sighing things later found out that was the application and that was my fault lesson learnt, was there for a month they deducted first amount of R1600.96 which was never used to pay any of my accounts and i had to call everyday to enquire because i was getting calls left and right form my creditors demanding they money . couldn't get a straight answer form my agent who was allocated for me i cancelled my application and they owed me my money so they acknowledged and sent me a dispute form to fill and send it back to them for the refund and was told it will take five days or generally 48hours that was on the 11 of July till to date I am still waiting for my money nothing everyday am calling my agenda who is suppose to be assisting me is always busy cant get hold of her i call five times a day for a whole week with no luck this is very frustrating .and today 26 f July she decides to sent me an email saying my matter has been forwarded to the relevant department must wait again for another five days this is crazy ,I have bills to pay I have penalties on all my accounts now thanks to my debt hero and my agent who clearly is unbothered by my query feel like there is no sense of urgency in resolving my issue
